"Staff was excellent. Beds super comfy! The pool area, including the wave, pool and bridges and lazy river or little in dis Repair. They need definitely need to replace the cove and the rock. Some parts were like had fallen in and they had them blocked off so that would be my only complaint."

"The breakfast and the snack hour were nice, and was done very well. The staff managing it did an excellent job. The low rating was mainly due to the constant need to contact staff to get them to due the most basic stuff regarding the room like take the trash (there 3 nights), provide clean towels, toilet paper, and provide the initial bed coverings for the fold out bed (have 4 small young children). All these things took multiple attempts, it became really annoying, it got to the point that...

However while at the pool the music was extremely loud and selection of songs not quality music!! This hotel is advertised as a quiet oasis for relaxation!! The music didn’t let you relax at all!!"
