We stayed here the few nights immediately after our wedding. While it’s a beautiful hotel, it seems like there’s a reason it costs less than other resorts in Scottsdale to stay here. The service was fine, but not very warm or interested. Our first room had a backed up sink, so we moved to a new room. The new room had an issue with the TV that took hours to fix and one of the engineers said he would be back in 10 minutes and never returned until we called the front desk an hour later and they sent a different guy. The hotel took off the resort fee and offered us a food and beverage credit for the backed up sink, room change and TV issue, which was kind but it was still a bummer to spend our time that way.
