"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"Razoável. Hotel com boa estrutura, mas velho…. Entrando no lobby do hotel há um cheiro ruim no ar…. Cheira velho, deve ser o carpete…… Apesar de ter reservado um quarto no smoking, fui colocada num quarto que cheirava cigarro… Pedi pra trocar e fui atendida.. O pessoal da recepção foi bem amigável. Cafe da manhã so o basico…"

"This is a beautiful historic property. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area is beautiful and makes a great first impression when you arrive. It would be good if you could get a hot drink in the lobby area after 11:00am, but I am just being picky. On the whole the hotel was lovely. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people on the streets around the hotel some of whom seemed agitated and were shouting at us. My daughter and I did not always feel safe walking around, which...
