"It's fine"

"The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets. Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!"

"The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up. "The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."

"This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff member was welcoming and very thorough during my check-in and check-out. She covered everything I needed to know. I had an excellent room. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was the most spacious I've ever seen. Lots of tables. They even have an outdoor patio as another location for eating breakfast, or just hanging out overlooking a river."

"Went there for family matter and graduation. Check-in process was quite uneventful. In general the hotel is quiet including bedrooms area regardless the maintenance that they were doing that day. We arrived on a Friday of a graduation weekend so it’s pretty busy but everything is in order. The neighbourhood. (Battle Ground) is very quiet and quite safe, although they do lock the main entrance at night. Room is clean, a/c is very much easy to use without loud noise or broken features....

"Extremely run down. I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to help me at the front desk. My shower did not work and I could only run a bath. The bath tub had a crack and hole in it. Everything was dirty, floor, walls…everywhere. I felt like I was staying in a drug house. There are stains all over the carpet. The pool and spa were closed. The pop machine didn’t work. Gross and I will never ever stay in one of these hotels ever again!"

"My family and I stayed here for just one night, and it was adequate for a quick stopover. The hotel and rooms were clean enough, though the room itself was on the smaller side compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Our room also didn't have a very pleasant view. On the positive side, the parking was adequate and fine for our needs. However, the breakfast was a bit lacking compared to what you usually get at similar hotels. It works fine if you just need a clean place to sleep for a night,...
