"It is a charming hotel that makes you feel at home. There are just 16 rooms so it tends to be more intimate than standard resorts.
Our room was number 9 on the superior floor reached by stairs. It is a cozy apartmente with room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a small porch where you can rest while having breakfast or reading a book. The air condition is a need.

"Spacious, clean and up to date apartment. Loved the two balconies- one was facing the water and the second facing a courtyard, looking up into the hills. Good soundproofing and could not hear most beach noise, wave runners, or sounds blasting from sandals. Best part was we could take the stairs off of the balcony and be at the beach quickly. "We had one of the best holidays ever. Cocos is an exceptional place. Rustic feel, relaxed, slow pace. Food, drinks are very good. All meals are a la carte. Never felt bored. Nothing is too much for the staff. Senior management always present. Highly recommend this resort and would love to return, hopefully soon. Thank you Cocos."

"Over 10 days I had three rooms every single room had an issue with it. Staff are excellent they have to be as the property is rundown and tired. The beach and pool area is beautiful. The buffet food is abundant not good but abundant acs barely work and the Wi-Fi is intermittent at best."

"Nice facility. Polite & accommodating staff. Very curious that the bars did have ingredients for standard drinks and drinks offered on their menus. Wi-Fi was off and on for our 9 days."
