As part of the gated Sterling Shores community, enjoy two pools (beach front pool is heated from Oct-May, larger pool cannot be heated), a beachside snack bar, grill areas, and a fitness center. Just off Highway 98, this prime locale offers quick access to great restaurants and a wide variety of favorite local attractions.

LIVING AREA The open living area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Slide open the glass doors to the balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.

KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or perch at the bar for three.

BED & BATH This penthouse sleeps up to 12 guests between four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, which provides a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player, while a fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The guest bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
