While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy the view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views just outside the front door! You have pool access and it’s only steps to the sand! With a king bed in the master and a bunk room with Full/Full beds, this villa sleeps a total of 6 guests. Restaurants and beaches are all just steps away!
The space
One of the most beautiful beaches in Destin is just a few steps away!! This is a newly remodeled upstairs unit of a waterfront villa with 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed in the master suite with an attached bathroom, and one bunk room with full over full bunks. Both bathrooms are brand new with a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub and shower in the hall bath. The community pool is heated from mid-February to mid-April and has plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The private back deck is on the lake which makes for a beautiful place to relax and have your morning coffee or dinner. This villa has a fully stocked kitchen and provides beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. Shopping and great dining options are all very close by, we really are in the perfect location!!
