"Island echos is literally like vacay on an island, especially when out on the beach under the umbrellas. Amazing time. The condo was fabulous, amazing view with balcony! "

"Wonderful property would recommend for future stays "

"Everything was great, but the renovations left the property a bit dirty. Paint, scaffolding, etc. When the renovations are done, I am sure this property will pop. The pool area was AMAZING and the large beach front was PERFECT too. The porches were really big too! "

"2nd time staying at the property. Homeowner is wonderful to work with and downtown is just a few blocks away."

"We had a little difficulty checking in with the door code. We made contact with the manager and things were remedied quickly. The place was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the location right on the lazy river and the end unit was nice for quieter lounging on the balcony. We have stayed in Miramar for years…and believe we are shifting are peaceful place to Destin West. The bay, lazy river and location to the beach were excellent for each one of our family members. Thank you for sharing your place with...

"We loved our stay! The place was clean, conveniently located close to everything, and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The pools and kid areas were perfect!! the condo was on the beach so hauling all of our gear wasn’t a large task! The room was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the toys and wagon that was available in our room to use for our stay! Only issue was the washer and dryer smelt like cigarette smoke leaving our clothes with a smoky smell to them. "

"Had a work trip and ended up traveling with my mom and dog. Opted to stay at Frannys Florida cottage in lieu of a hotel and was a good choice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable and adorable! Also loved the fenced in back area with the porch swing. Creates a private little area to sit and chil outside. Will stay there again if I ever find myself in the Fort Walton Beach area again. "

"The property is excellent, everything is impeccable. The only bad thing is the pool in the complex is too small for the number of properties there are."

"Its the perfect place for a couple get away! Its so cute and just PERFECT ! This was my first time coming to florida and this booking made things so much better and comfortable. I will def be coming back and making this my go to :) "

"Spent most of our time at the beach and then on the porch at the condo. View from the porch was the best part of the condo. The inside of the condo was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked well and did not have any problems cooking meals."

"Perfect house for family boating trip. Very close to Mary Esther, FL boat ramp. Plenty of off-road parking for the boat.The house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 & dog. There was plenty of room for more guests. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking & it had a fenced in backyard. Very clean & neat space. "

It's within a close drive to the beachs and short drive to Destin.Steven did a excellent job at answering all my questions from the booking the property to checking out. "Perfect family celebration. Everyone just wanted to be together and enjoy the weekend. My grandson was on the peer from sunset just catching fish. We all thought it was one of our best family vacations."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat the view and convenience! However, the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. It was very basic, mostly limited to changing towels and making the bed. Don’t expect a full cleaning during your stay. Also, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach service. While beach chairs and umbrellas are available, they need to be rented separately, which was a bit disappointing. Great location, but a few service upgrades would make a big difference."
