"The resort is under renovation, but that did not interfere with our stay one bit. Our unit was clean and the view was wonderful. I would highly recommend this resort. The beach was uncrowded in comparison with the resorts around it and thus was the cleanest beach we saw on our beach walks. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. "

"We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the first floor with direct beach access was a total game changer. No stairs, no hassle, just walk right out to the sand. The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and you can tell the owners really care about keeping it nice for guests. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again. "

"We have stayed at Jetty East in different units for multiple years now and this was by far the nicest one. As soon as we walked in we could smell that it was clean which is something very important to us with a baby that crawls around. It was decorated nicely with plenty of kitchenware to cook in which we did one night, and the bed…oh my gosh…we regret not checking what brand the mattress was because it was so comfortable. "I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat the view and convenience! However, the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. It was very basic, mostly limited to changing towels and making the bed. Don’t expect a full cleaning during your stay. Also, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach service. While beach chairs and umbrellas are available, they need to be rented separately, which was a bit disappointing. Great location, but a few service upgrades would make a big difference."
