Welcome to Majestic! This 9 bedroom, 8 bath Crystal Beach Masterpiece is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable family vacation! The Majestic is Destin's newest luxury home that you've been looking for! One of Crystal Beach's largest homes this is truly a unique show-place only half a block off the sugar white beaches of Destin. This home features 3 stories, nearly 5,000sqft of exceptional living space and a spacious privatized 6ft fenced in backyard with a 30x15 heated pool* and 8x5 cascading waterfall hot tub! Enough parking for 6 vehicles which is not an easy find when it comes to beachside living! You're only a block from several dining options and just a few blocks walk from Destin Commons, Bowling, Nightlife, Shopping, Movies and more! Enjoy pristine sand bars, perfectly manicured sand or take the 6 seater golf cart, available upon request, to any of the beach accesses or entertainment on Scenic Gulf Dr.
The Majestic features 8 king master suites with private ensuite baths (two jack-n-jill baths) and an amazing custom bunk room with with games and living area. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ice makers and mini fridges throughout. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Crystal Beach and comes with outdoor dining tables that are perfect for dining under the stars or can be used as a backdrop for beautiful family photos. There is plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone!
As you enter the front door, you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features including HGTV inspired furniture. Custom Quartz counter tops and porcelain oversized tiles throughout the kitchen and every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 75" 4k smart tv in both living rooms or one of the additional 9 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience. After a day of playing at the beach, you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversized heated salt water pool featuring fiber optic lighting with various color modes and a spillover hot tub. The 2nd floor features 4 master king suites with private bathrooms, tiled showers with seamless glass doors. French doors lead to the expansive covered balconies with comfortable seating for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails and a recliner sofa that's perfect for family movie nights! The 3rd floor features 2 Kings and 1 bunk bedroom.

- A golf cart is available at the property for guest use by our 3rd party rental partner, Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
