"To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee. "This was my first time staying in a resort like this. I ended up in a shared house with a common passkey and then in the house were individual hotel style rooms. The room included a private shower/bathroom, double sinks, 2 beds/chairs/bedside tables, a desk, a tv, a coffee maker, and an air conditioning unit.
