"To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee. We ended up calling the hotel and one of the staff members answered and finally came down the stairs to help check everyone in. Check-in was smooth but they...

"This was my first time staying in a resort like this. I ended up in a shared house with a common passkey and then in the house were individual hotel style rooms. The room included a private shower/bathroom, double sinks, 2 beds/chairs/bedside tables, a desk, a tv, a coffee maker, and an air conditioning unit. The common room of the house had a fridge, microwave, and another coffee machine as well as seating. The back porch was gorgeous, the grounds were gorgeous, the drive to the resort was...

"This hotel is newly renovated in soothing colors, it's clean, the staff was wonderful, and who can say no to their delicious chocolate chip cookies?!!! When were in Springdale again we'll definitely stay here!"

"We got the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for a family traveling. The continental breakfast is not much, but available. Location is good, just a short drive from some really great food in the area. "
