"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"Would be nice if the towels and linens weren’t so old and worn. Okay if it were a mid-priced hotel but for $390 a night my hotel bedspread shouldn’t be dingy and the towels shouldn’t be crusty."

"Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center.
Negatives:
1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles
2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately
3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question
Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"I've stayed in a lot of hotels. This is the first one that only offers coffee for breakfast.
The toilet seat and the sink valve handle were loose. The bathtub drains poorly and soap starts to build everywhere."

"Everything you might want in an overnight stay in an airport hotel. Clean, quiet, relaxing—a nice respite after a cancelled flight. They were having problems with the TV cable vendor when I was there, and if that’s the case for you, you can get a copy of the channels in person at the front desk."

The staff was great and very helpful with our needs.
I really enjoyed breakfast, loved the cinnamon rolls
Easy parking, the only thing for me was having to go to the elevator to first floor to get to the parking lot and everything else: pool, exercise room being on the first floor. Overall great place to stay!"

"Our stay overall was great! The room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. The North Shore walking trail is absolutely beautiful!! I was very surprised that smoking is allowed in the casino.
