"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"From start to finish the stay was perfect. The only thing wrong was the fact that it was only one night. First time stay in Pittsburgh. Had it not been for the NFL Draft there would’ve been thousands of things to do in its place. I loved this hotel so much I could live in it full time. The room was beautiful and updated. "Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center.
Negatives:
1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles
2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately
3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question
Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"It started with the check in issue. When I received the welcome email, it never said to do all 3 steps BEFORE getting to the property. As we stood in the freezing cold trying to get into the building, I had to call CozySuites to get access AFTER I paid the deposit (which is usually collected at my arrival).
