"Our rental was very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very helpful and available. They put us in contact with private transportation from the Cancun airport and arranged for the kitchen to be stocked when we arrived. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Could not have been more pleased with the pricing and value. We were in Cozumel for the 2020 Ironman race. The location of this rental is perfect for this event right between the swim start and first transition."

"Overall we were underwhelmed by our stay at casa chanty. First off the beach/water look nothing like the photos taken if you visit in October. The water is murky(not at all the emerald green in the pics) and the beach was covered in black seaweed. To find a nice beach we had to travel up to playa delphines in Cancun. They ask you to turn the ac off if you leave for the day but even the days we stayed in the main part of the house never got cool. Some days were worse than others but none would I...

"We were scheduled to check in on Sun. I received a message on Sat evening that there was electrical issues in the condo and that we would not be able to check in until Tues. They did put us in a hotel that was a block away. It was a basic hotel room so definitely a down grade but I did not see the message until Sun morning and didn't really have any other option at that point. They did offer me a small refund on our stay (at this time I have not seen that refund). The motel was nice enough but...
