"The Cozy farmhouse is very comfortable, clean and quiet. I have stayed here a few times now and plan on staying again. It is close to everything, downtown, many wineries, a short walk to Trader Joes. I highly recommend this cozy place!"

"So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! "

"The location was perfect! We walked everywhere. Off-street parking was a blessing. The place was very clean and well-equipped.However - We did notice the area rug in the living room was quite stained and dirty and most of the blinds would not open."

The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). "Such an amazing and beautiful property! It’s situated in a quiet and cute neighborhood only a 10 minute drive into downtown Santa Barbra. The host, Natty, was incredibly responsive and attentive to making sure we were taken care of, which we appreciated. Definitely recommend! "
