Welcome to our cozy ranch studio! Tucked away in a tranquil setting, this studio is the perfect base for exploring the rich sights of California’s Central Coast. Whether you are catching races at Laguna Seca, exploring Pinnacles National Park, visiting the iconic Monterey Bay Aquarium, or delving into Steinbeck history, our cozy retreat offers a comfortable and relaxed countryside stay.
Please note: We have a very overfriendly cat on the property, so please keep this in mind when booking if you have cat allergies!
Maintenance: Our gardeners come early in the morning every Tuesday to keep the grounds looking great.
Sleeping Arrangements: The studio is equipped with one double bed (capable of fitting two guests comfortably) and one single twin bed.

Bathroom: A private bathroom with a shower

Half-Kitchen: Includes essential cooking basics, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee setup for preparing light meals and snacks during your stay.

We love welcoming well-behaved pets to our ranch! To ensure a smooth stay for everyone, please note the following guidelines:

Pre-Approval Required: Pets must be pre-approved by our on-site manager prior to arrival.

Pet Fee: A fee of $25 per night applies. Please make sure to add your pet to your booking reservation.

Attendance: Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment at any time.
