"Best host we had, Tam has everything covered and more. Neighborhood seems rough but the neighbors are very quiet and family oriented. The place is very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We had the place Monday through Friday for a baseball tournament and it was pretty much half the cost of any other place available that week. "A/C is not for the whole house just for the living room. The rest is only ceiling fans and you have to try and recirculate the cold air from living room. Overall location is great and the community seems overall safe but I find it a little pricey but not bad by any means either."
