Guests will have full, private access to the 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage and the spacious outdoor yard with gas fire pit. The home has its own separate entrance, allowing you to come and go freely during your stay. Enjoy exclusive use of the yard for relaxing, dining, or unwinding after a day exploring San Diego.

Complimentary bikes and beach essentials are available for guest use, perfect for cruising to nearby beaches and Sunset Cliffs. Street parking is available in front of the property or within a 1 block radius when parking is busier during nights and weekends.

The owners live on-site in a separate unit of the duplex and are available if needed, but your space is completely private and yours to enjoy.
