Located on Crystal Lake, enjoy beautiful sunsets and watch the wildlife from your upper and lower decks. Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill, this private location offers an open and spacious floor plan with shaded parking, just few steps from the Soundside community pool, tennis, basketball courts and playground.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a patio overlooking the lake with 2 picnic tables, a porch swing, outside shower, fish cleaning sink and a charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Recroom with pool table and Queen Sleep Sofa. Queen Bedroom with adjoining nursery with full size crib that shares a full bath with a King Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and extra-large closet with a full size crib. Hallway area with a desk and you'll also find a storage garage with bikes, corn hole, beach chairs and toys.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen HD TV/VCR/DVD, stereo and bar with a beverage refrigerator, game table seating 3 and deck access, half bath with laundry area including washer and dryer, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 10 with deck access, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and TV that shares a full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom and a King Master Bedroom with HD TV/VCR/DVD and screened porch access. Outside on the deck you'll find the Hot Tub and a Crow's nest with seating and lake views.

Extras: Hot Tub (6), 4 TVs, 3 VCRs, 3 DVD players, charcoal grill, high-speed wireless internet access, stereo, pool table, high chair, screened porch, 2 picnic tables, bikes, corn hole, beach chairs and toys, linens and towels provided and Villages at Ocean Hill Community Amenities. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome (2 max/ 75 lbs each). Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15. House Address: 1240 Lakeside Drive. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Overall great place! Could have been a little more clean, very dusty and some dead bugs(not bad bugs) around the house. Property grounds could use a little face-lift, up keep. But we loved our stay and the property.

First and LAST vacation rental with Brindley

The website indicates free linens with rental. However Brindley insisted I had to pay for linens. When I arrived at the property I found the refrigerator filthy with what appeared to be grime and blood. The railing walking up the stairs was black with dirt. There was a couple marks on the wall upon entering that looked like feces. The screened in porch area off of the master bedroom had a strong smell of urine where previous rentals let the animals use that area to go to the bathroom There was a strong musty smell in the basement that made it very uncomfortable to use that space. I had to wash all the utensils and silverware and pots and pans because previous rentals put them away unwashed. One of the burners on the gas stove was broken. There is water damage on the ceilings. No pest control outside the home was done. I had to go to Brindley after I got to the house to point out the condition of the house and showed them some photos I took of the house. I asked if there was another rental they could put me in and this was not available. Within the hour a large cleaning crew of about 6 workers showed up to the house to do some cleaning. All were unmasked and the supervisor said “We are all vaccinated.” I wore a mask to try and stay safe. I was very disappointed in working with Brindley.

A dimond in the rough!

Location was fabulous! The beach was gorgeous! The locals are so helpful and friendly! The house on the other hand needs a lot of TLC! It had mold in downstairs bed room as well as all over the outside of the house. Pool table down stairs was cool just such a strong musty smell it was hard to enjoy. 2 car garage one door was broken. Lanai leaked in the rain. No access to crows nest as advertised, with good reason it looked like it was going to fall down. Out door shower and sink not hooked up. No porch swing as advertised. Outside patio furniture was picnic tables that gave you splinters and was very warped and rusty nails sticking up on the outside deck. Inside was very big needed a paint job and some tiles where cracked. And who ever cleaned it could do a better job. Cobwebs with bugs in them stuck on top of cathedral ceilings and lights and dirt on all base boards. They did have updated appliances however we could not use dishwasher because it was broken and was woken up at 9am for a gentleman to fix it but was not successful at doing so. Also we where not told he was coming. The jacuzzi was awesome and loved the breakfast bar with separate refrigerator.
