"House was clean and well equipped. Kitchen had everything needed for meal prep. Beach and pool access a short walk or golf cart ride away. Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times. Definitely would recommend for OBX vacation!"

"Came across this home two days before deciding to hit the beach and what a lucky strike it was. The house is so much nicer than what the photos show. It is also stocked beyond belief with anything and everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent—close to everything, and the neighborhood was extremely peaceful and very well tended. The property manager was efficient, friendly, and always available for any questions. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!"

"Microwave door broken, Ice dispenser did not work, Hot tube temp could not be adjusted. Water damage in home with MOLD throughout the home. Would not recommend for families with mold sensitivity . "

"All 16 family members gathered in this lovely property for a fantastic week. The home was perfect providing space for 8 adults and kids from 21 to 6 to have space. Proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool and patio adjacent to the pool provided great afternoon gathering space. The elevator was a great help in bringing groceries in and the kitchen provided all that was needed to prep meals for a crowd. Definitely a home designed for a large gathering looking to make seaside memories."
