"This is a 1924 grande dame hotel with a stunning marble lobby and beautiful mahogany jazz inspired bar The Half Note. The rooms are spacious with extraordinarily comfortable beds. A coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator are also in the room which we made use of. The bathroom was large with a double sink, a bathtub and shower. The wallpaper and carpeting enhance the luxurious feeling. It was the best night’s sleep I had in our week of traveling."

You need to turn on the ice maker when you get there but it makes ice fast. Expedia & this property were very helpful and accommodated us when we needed to switch our day. "This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "

"It smelled of cigarettes in the hallway and vestibule. The sink in our room did not drain well. The continental breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was out of order. To eat was only cereal and toast. The breakfast room did not look very nice."
