"Our first time staying at SPARK, but definitely won't be our last!! It was wonderful. The room was plenty big enough, even had a couch! The bed was so comfortable. The only thing I will ask for next time is more pillows. The lotion dispenser in our room wasn't refilled but, that's ok bc I brought my own. The shower actually had decent pressure too!! "Only used this as an overnight while en route up to NY from NC. But was a good choice. There is a gas station right next door and it has a convenience store (chocolate/snacks/soft drinks For the ride) so was able to quickly get everything ready the next morning. "My husband and I stay at the hotel often. Our room was large and spacious and very clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast selection not bad, but didn’t offer eggs this stay. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The only complaint I have is the many cigarette buts on the ground near the side door entrance/exit. Other than that, we will continue staying at this hotel as its location is perfect with easy highway access."

"This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "
