"What a beautiful hotel. This hotel has so much history and charm. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The parking garage is right beside it making it so convenient. The location of the hotel was amazing only one block from restaurant and shops."

I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "

You need to turn on the ice maker when you get there but it makes ice fast. Expedia & this property were very helpful and accommodated us when we needed to switch our day. "It smelled of cigarettes in the hallway and vestibule. The sink in our room did not drain well. The continental breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was out of order. To eat was only cereal and toast. The breakfast room did not look very nice."
