"This is a 1924 grande dame hotel with a stunning marble lobby and beautiful mahogany jazz inspired bar The Half Note. The rooms are spacious with extraordinarily comfortable beds. A coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator are also in the room which we made use of. The bathroom was large with a double sink, a bathtub and shower. The wallpaper and carpeting enhance the luxurious feeling. It was the best night’s sleep I had in our week of traveling."

I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "

"This was a very well maintained property. They have everything you need to cook, clean & a full size fridge with ice maker. You need to turn on the ice maker when you get there but it makes ice fast. Expedia & this property were very helpful and accommodated us when we needed to switch our day. Thanks for understanding and allowing us to switch days."
