"Quarto confortável. Cafe da manhã bom. Localização boa. Limpeza e organização do quarto deixou a desejar, pois quando foi realizado o serviço de limpeza o chão nao foi limpo e as camas estavam muito mal arrumadas, como se tivessem apenas jogadas as travesseiros por cima da cama."

"Thank you for your message and unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again. My family and I had problems with breakfast every day. The wait was horrible, the staff were few and far between, and the service was so bad that I gave up on eating breakfast. The lack of attention from the staff, especially the youngest, was regrettable. I hope I never have to repeat this experience with you again. It's a good thing that it's not the same at other Hyatt hotels. Today, with the growing movement of social media, I believe it is worth adjusting this undesirable experience."
