"We had a great time in this house! Close to Bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds near Belmont. House had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. "

"This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more "

"The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. "What a fabulous home for our family of 10 to stay!! We had a couple of minor issues but April was great in getting back to us quickly. the pictures on the site are great but doesn't show how really good the pool area is. We had 5 kids age 9 to 18 and they totally enjoyed the backyard from going down the slide all day long to seeing the Sea World fireworks every night from the top of the slide area. This will definitely be our go to home if and when we return to the San Diego Area. "

"We are so thankful for the hospitality from our host, the property and our time spent there. We enjoyed our time with our little family, absolutely adored the home and thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the backyard "Oasis"! While we did explore lots of La Jolla and the San Diego Zoo, we opted for most of our relax time at the property. All of the communication and arrangements were much appreciated and went so smoothly. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This Bird Rock location is perfect - great shopping and food in La Jolla and just a few blocks to Pacific Beach! Close freeway access makes everything in the San Diego area easily accessible. The cozy studio felt spacious, thanks to its vaulted ceilings and skylights. Parking on the street was close and easy. Highly recommend! "

"House was great for our family gathering. The layout of the house and back yard are perfect for hanging out with the family. The beds in the bedrooms are really comfortable. The owner and manager were very responsive and accommodating. We missed that the two queens in the office were blow up beds and open to family room, but it worked out ok. There is limited seating in the backyard but my brother brought over some extra chairs and a canopy for shade and all was great. Thanks! We do want to...

"This property was amazing. It is in a perfect location and was large enough for a big group of friends with plenty of seating and a big kitchen! "

"A wonderful apartment right on the beach. A fantastic stay and the hot tub is a massive bonus as we did swims in the ocean with hot tub sessions in between. "

"Bruce was very communicative - proactively and quick to answer any questions I had. The property was just as described. It was a great homebase for us and was centrally located for us and within easy walking distance to the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs and towel clips which was wonderful since we flew in. Shower was 10/10! "

"Quarto confortável. Cafe da manhã bom. Localização boa. Limpeza e organização do quarto deixou a desejar, pois quando foi realizado o serviço de limpeza o chão nao foi limpo e as camas estavam muito mal arrumadas, como se tivessem apenas jogadas as travesseiros por cima da cama."

"Thank you for your message and unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again. My family and I had problems with breakfast every day. The wait was horrible, the staff were few and far between, and the service was so bad that I gave up on eating breakfast. The lack of attention from the staff, especially the youngest, was regrettable. I hope I never have to repeat this experience with you again. It's a good thing that it's not the same at other Hyatt hotels. Today, with the growing movement of social media, I believe it is worth adjusting this undesirable experience."
