We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . "Whole experience was very satisfactory, property is maintained well, room are very spacious especially the bathroom is huge. I love the fact that was so many kids channels at the TV, my kid loved watching her favorite cartoons. Great experience, we will come back."
