"When we arrived in our room I could not believe my eyes!!! This was not an apartment it was basically a room with a fridge and sink on one end and a bed on the other. I tried calling the concierge and no one ever answered a phone call. They did whatsapp us after a few hours and said that the room I was in was the only room they could give me for 3 days. "Paid for early checkin - 52 pounds sterling - the keys were npt in the lock box for 1 pm, causinfg some distress carrying our luggage and fatigued from no sleep. Located some fellow who also could not find keys in HIS lock box as he was the designated linen fellow, who was able to phone the cleaner, who had all the keys and was not finished preparing the apartment. There was no dish clothe nor dish towels and there are zero hooks in both bathrooms to hang towels. In addition there was a big leak...

"The location of the apartment is excellent in walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The apartment would have been rated higher but several things were disappointing. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay and no attempts made to fix it. The refrigerator had no freezer. There were no starter coffee pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, kitchen sponge. All of these are correctable and would have made our stay more enjoyable."

"Lovely flat with spacious, comfortable living room. Location was very good. Great security, Comfortable beds for all, but the four pillows for four guests need to be replaced. One was oddly lumpy and the rest were flat. The host is lovely and checked in before, during and after our stay. Unfortunately my email wasn’t working, so I couldn’t respond. "Me and three of my friends absolutely loved this apartment for 5 days. It’s right round the corner from brilliant food options and the metro. It was spotless and came with nice amenities. The one thing I would have to say is the pictures are slightly misleading because it shows the same room twice but with the couch bed in different configurations and the mirror makes you think there is two beds and one couch but this does not take away from the apartments charm. "The apartment was not quite what i expected. However. The apartment was the most convenient place i have ever been. Dozens of shops to buy food within a few blocks. Hundreds of restaurants thousands of places to shop. Public transportaion to anywhere in the city minutos away. Números tourist destinatios within walking distance. Truly wonderful for a tourist."

"The place was nice and clean and convenient location from metro, restaurants, groceries. We had a great time there. The apartment would be even better if air conditioning was provided so people can sleep peacefully and comfortably at night. We had to open the windows to get some cool air and the street is too loud even at nighttime. So leaving windows open a while sleeping wasn't an option. Overall it was a good experience. "
