"Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

"Beach view awesome! Parking was not as good having to cross the street. There should be stop signs up that say stop for pedestrians. Pedestrians crossing sign and marking on street. That would help people cross and be safer. "

"First and foremost staff was excellent, caring and attentive. They always are interested in helping with any request and what else they could do to make the stay better. The place itself is dated. The room had everything that one would need. However, dated would be the appropriate word. That being said, the room was cleaned perfectly. Could not be happier about that. We have all been at dated locations that this isn't the case. The staff should be commended for cleanliness of the...

"Immediate proximity to the beach was amazing. We had two rooms, which the staff upgraded to suites upon our arrival, and that was much appreciated. Various staff we encountered we all very friendly and courteous. My only wish would have been more parking. Even off season, it felt like a daily fight for parking."

"The staff at the reception desk had everything ready for us when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did not use the pools or hot tubs but they were in use constantly for the week we were there. The area was always neat and clean. The room was exactly as shown and we had a great view of the ocean and beach from the 14th floor. I would book Bay Watch again without hesitation."

"As advertised, disappointed there was only 1 parking space."

"Friendly staff to check on. We didn't eat the breakfast. The only item of note, that we advised the check out staff of when we checked out, was that the toilet lever didn't come back up ... so we had to take the toilet lid off to life the lever, so the bowl would refill. Overall, we're quite happy with the hotel. We plan to stay there again next year when we come down the night before our condo rental is ready."
