"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The rooms and common areas were spotless, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. One of the best features of this hotel is its central location, making it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The room was very clean, breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean overall. A/C works great! TV lots of channels bug, and very clear. We did not like the water pressure in the shower and water was not hot. Parking was good. Our overall stay was great! Would stay again....."

"Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

"Beautiful hotel. Great pool area. Our room was clean and spacious. The only negative thing we encountered was that there isn’t a sign for check in and it wasn’t obvious to me where check in was as there were desks in a little alcove and not a counter. But I was standing right in front of the desks, holding a bunch of bags with my 4 kids and they didn’t say anything. They weren’t helping a customer. They were just talking to each other. Wouldn’t stop me from coming back (or even giving a poor...

"Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

"This hotel was amazing from checking in to checkin out. The room was amazing , very clean, the best was very comfortable my god. The room came with everything you need to cook , there is also a wash and dryer in the room to your convenience. The pool and lazy river was great. There was an entrance to the beach from the hotel tht made everything super easy. I will definitely be back next year , my kids loved every moment also. If you book you will not be disappointed ."

The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach.
