"When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. "

"Overall this was a decent place to stay. We were only in town for two nights. The room we had had a few issues link the sink drain in bathroom was broken so water would drain slowly the stopper had to be lifted manually to let water drain out. Some towels had black marks on them. The bed frame in bedroom was sticking out almost like frame was bigger than mattress and box spring scratch leg on it a few times could be a tripping hazard if people aren’t careful. "Hotel was as expected, with one exception: the 6am continental breakfast wasn’t opened up at 6am. We had to be out the door early and was hoping to snag some quick bites before heading out, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible due to the office/breakfast area being open as scheduled. Part of the reason why we booked it. Bummer. Otherwise it was good for the price during spring break time!"

"The front desk staff was friendy. I had a miss understanding about parking. Had to pay parking and put a hold on my credit card for damages that i was unaware of. The kitchenette did not have a oven, there were two steps in the room, that i had difficulty with. Couldn't get the TV to work, called front desk they sent someone that fixed it.
