"Our oceanfront king room was great! The pool area was amazing and the staff is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. This was my second time there and I will definitely go again!"

"The staff was very nice and check in was easy. The room had a jacuzzi (one of the reasons I booked here) but it did not work. It was being used as a regular bathtub with a shower. The room was big and was clean on the surface- but the cabinets in the kitchen and bath areas were worn and dirty. The bath cabinets looked like they had been water damaged and were pretty sad. "Great location. Clean room with great amenities. The staff was nice but they do push a time share sale. There was construction across the street which affected the view and created noise around 7AM waking us up."

"We checked in and went to the pool. Two hours later the guy at the front desk went into our room and looked through our things. He even called people on my husband’s phone! Then locked us out of the room and disabled our keys. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Just terrible!"

"I was surprised when we were given our room that is was not in the main hotel but in another building the Best Western had acquired 3 buildings down from the hotel. It was advertised as Ocean Front Room, but none in that other building we were put in had ocean front. We had to push our luggage in the cart on the side of the road and watch out for traffic on the way. Also walk back and forth daily for breakfast and for the pool access, it was definitely second rate and not like staying at a nice...

"Well, the room was nice, great view…however, hot water was hard to come by…shower was cool/luke warm for 2 days…no answer from the office, the phone rings, then tells you there’s no one answering. I had to go to the office and tell them about the situation (and my tv remote had dead batteries). About 2 hours later, a custodian arrived with my batteries…no mention of lack of hot water on his sheet. "Are breakfast for the 1st time in their restaurant for the 1st time of many stays and it was very tasty. Workers in the restaurant could have been nicer!! Grounds outside were very well kept up. Appreciated I guess security letting their presence be seen!!!! We never needed him but made me feel safer seeing him there. Also really appreciated him letting us all know when a storm was coming. Love the availability to many restaurants. Unless I switch beaches I don’t see me staying any where else."
