"Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

"We arrived and went right to the balcony and enjoyed the ocean and pool view, wonderful, woke up and the pool was draining and within a few hours they were jackhammering the pool inside. "The breakfast area is very small and congested. The food runs out quickly, it's also microwaved food. The room is as expected. We got a room with a stove included, the stove did not work. The indoor pool is very small and not heated well. The outdoor pool is unheated but clean. The lazy river is very small and more suited just for children. Overall the staff was very kind. "

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "
