"Location was perfect. Near to the station, shops and restaurants. A little oasis away from the hustle and bustle with a peaceful outdoor area to relax. Also lots of comfortable indoor areas to eat, drink or relax. Free drinks and toiletries were most welcome and we enjoyed the use of the free massage chairs and karaoke room. The staff were so polite and helpful. We enjoyed five nights in this hotel, exploring Tokyo, then returning to relax in the evening. "

"The staff were extremely helpful and let me check-in an hour earlier than the intended time. The room was beautiful from top to bottom; I love that the cold plunge was right next to the Sauna. The upstairs bathroom was amazing; everything was super clean and felt like home."

"Awesome location right in the middle of Shinjuku and Shin Okubo. Very close to train station. Can feel a little cramped with 4 people but the patio is spacious and lovely to sit on at night. Great communication with owner as well 😊 Would recommend to anyone!"
