"As an advocate of adaptive reuse of historic buildings I enjoyed experiencing the attractive converted apartment -hotel spaces. Somewhat more comfortable sofas/chairs would have made my stay nicer, as would retrofit of the street-facing windows to make them more sound-proof. Also, the environment along 7th Street seemed rather sketchy"

"Checking in was easy. The property owner was very pleasant and thorough with the check in process. The roof top was a perfect serene place early in the morning. The view was a plus. My kids and their friends absolutely enjoyed their time as well. The neighbors may have been a little bit upset about the laughter and chatter late into the night and complained but we weren’t extremely loud or partying so the walls may just be a little thin. Besides that and the sink in the bathroom making constant...

"Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat."
