"Nice place with a good view of a small lake. We even caught a few small bass out of the lake. The appliances were very good and the kitchen was a 10/10. It is a townhome so the neighbors a few doors down had visitors and you can hear the conversations very well if you are on the deck. Which we spent a lot of time on due to the pleasant surroundings. Take note of the master bedroom upstairs. It is actually a loft. Not bad for a couple. But with a few more folks staying it would be less private...

"The space was almost perfect for our group, which was there to celebrate several 13th birthdays! The boys especially enjoyed the pool table, the tvs in the living room, and the comfortable couch! The dads enjoyed the golf sim downstairs. We enjoyed every level! There are a couple of opportunities for improvement on the rooftop. Only 1 tv would turn on, but the sound was inaudible even after connecting to surround sound. The instructions mentioned items for the firepit and tv being in a...

"Robyn and Dino have created a perfect site for a get away. Teh condo is lovely and the basics one would need are included. The recommendations for sites to see and eateries are spot on, and the inclusion of a recommendation for Bellhop Boys is SOOOO helpful! I recommend this site for any looking to relax and enjoy the Topsail beaches!"

"We had a very nice stay...check in was easy and we were able to check in a little early to beat rainy weather. The house was a good fit for all of us--8 in total...6 adults and 9 and 11 year old girls.The kitchen was well stocked, and we made use of it for breakfasts and lunches.
