"Nice room but the AC could have been better."

"We had plenty of room. There are four bedrooms and five king beds all with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed (maybe add some scissors) , although the pans need to be replaced. Everything looks very nice and clean although I found the bedding to be synthetic therefore very hot and the pillows were quite uncomfortable, but that is an easy fix. It was a great location and a great place that I would rent again."

"This was our second time staying at Villa 45 and won’t be our last! Great communication with Edie and Katie, great views, and great location on the island. The new 6-seater golf cart was a great addition since our prior stay a few years ago."

"Great unit, great location, and well stocked."

"Great location! Nice property!"

"Great home, accommodated three generations of family members for reunion. On suites are best feature so accessibility is good on main floor. Lots of fun things to do. Plenty of dining seating for 20 plus people. Only concern was outside grill only one burner (left) of three working properly and needs work, needs good cleaning."
