This is a good place to pick if you are willing to bring almost every amenity/necessity with you (all sheets, towels-kitchen, hand, bath, beach, tp, paper towel, hand soap, shampoo, bath mat). It is amazingly close to the ocean and has a great view. Though we didn’t realize we’d have to climb over a dune to get to the beach. This could be problematic for older and very young guests. "This was a really wonderful surprise property for our beach weekend trip. The house was comfortable and clean, with everything you could need tucked away. It had card games and board games and the couches and chairs were comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away and the wagon and chairs provided helped make that super easy. 5 stars overall!"

"My family really enjoyed our stay here. With two teenagers, it was plenty big for all of us to hang out in the living areas- but bedrooms were good size for alone time as well. Kitchen was recently renovated and absolutely gorgeous- perfect for cooking or just hanging out. The ice maker was a major plus on those hot days! I found the house to be true to the photos online- the only minor surprise was the small size of the second bathroom. The shower is tiny! But it still works and it was fine....

"This home was perfect in every way! From being stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, many utensils and Kitchen Appliances. The beach access was across the street. Beach chairs and a wagon were also available. My boys loved the outdoor shower and their “private deck” on their floor. Board games and cornhole were a hit! Lots to walk to! You can’t go wrong with this place! Will be back, thanks!"

We ran into some medical issues with my son this last trip and the Host could not have been more kind and helpful, they even offered to watch our pets while we went to the hospital. "Very comfy, clean and well equipped. There was some confusion about a hot tub being on premises, as listed, but there is not a hot tub on premises. Owner quickly responded to our concerns about lack of hot tub, and even sent us a gift for the misunderstanding. This was very considerate! Downstairs tenant was very nice and offered to help us move in! Perfect location! My family was very comfortable here!"
