"Was a nice place in a nice neighborhood. However, it needed to be cleaned and some basic repairs needed. One of the showers was only half functioning. Was fine for a quick trip, but longer, I probably would’ve found somewhere else."

Our only complaint was that many of the outlets didn’t work, but I’m sure that would’ve been an easy fix (we didn’t stay long enough to look into it). "

"The property needs work. The floorboards squeak horribly. The kitchen sink leaks. There is a board missing at the sink. The toaster need to be replaced and new utensils added. ALL the toilets rock when you sit on them. The patio furniture back and front need to be replaced. Then it will be worth the price being charged. "
