"We very much enjoyed this stay. The house was perfect size for the two of us and very very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening when we got back from the Biltmore. Wish we could enjoyed more time at this stay as this was a quick trip. We would definitely recommend and would book again if we were in the area."

"Everything seemed clean but unfortunately we did see several roaches and a few other bugs. Also I really want people to know that this is not a kid friendly place. There is a steep flight of stairs that is just open to the apartment. So small children cannot be put down unless left in a room. So that wasn’t very convenient. The owner was very nice and communicative. So I appreciated that."

"These accommodations were outstanding. This location was perfect for visiting Brevard. We took a short walk on the trail (just at the bottom of the hill) to get to and from the downtown area. I have NEVER slept as good as I did in the quiet and comfortable setting. The bed covers, sheets and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom towels were the softest I have ever experienced. The kitchen gave us an easy way to save and reheat leftovers. We had our coffee (provided) and breakfast...

"This apartment is a basement that is connected to the upstairs house that has a dog. If you are allergic to dogs, you should not stay here. Other than that, everything else was great. We did not understand that it was a basement apartment, you can hear the people upstairs just like in any normal basement.Sharon is a gem! She lives upstairs and was very responsive to us. She had even prepared a special treat for our daughter. She was very kind and you could tell that she loved what she was doing!...
