"When I arrived I went to the front desk, I showed them my reservation. I already paid online. The worker proceeded to ask for my card and charged me for the two nights. I never realized they did till way after. And I told the worker everything was paid for already. The worker said yes don’t worry we are not charging. I just feel like this was very unprofessional. The rooms were clean. The outlets do not work in most of the area of the room."

My son's pool float bumped against it and it transferred onto anything it touched and does not come off. It was unsettling why this substance was left all around the pool. On our second night I was startled awake to find a large roach in the bed with me. Of course it ran away when the light came on and we could never find...

The guy at the front desk checked me out 2 days later. So they could keep my money. Money I needed for my apartment. I would never stay there ever again."
