"Rooms have a lot of mold and some rooms have water seeping in. All they’re doing is spraying with bleach and painting over. This will not kill the spores. They need a remediation company to take care of this problem. The only staff worth mentioning is Brie, Shakoia and James. They’ve been the most helpful New GM doesn’t follow through when she says she’ll do something for a guest I would not recommend staying at this hotel"

"Great location. Well maintained property beside the Crystal pier. Room was spotless. Staff were very attentive. We had an issue with the air conditioning in the room. Staff looked immediately to find the issue. We were promptly moved to another room"

"Stayed overnight. Staff were very nice; we went down at 9am, breakfast was over but there’s one lady worker who still offered to get us some yogurt and fruits, really nice of her. Facility is clean although we saw roaches in our room and that’s a big no, but overall we’re satisfied with our stay."

"This hotel fell short of our expectations. The first issue was the pool which had a black, tar-like substance with tally marks drawn around the tile surround of the pool. My son's pool float bumped against it and it transferred onto anything it touched and does not come off. It was unsettling why this substance was left all around the pool. On our second night I was startled awake to find a large roach in the bed with me. Of course it ran away when the light came on and we could never find...

"Loved that it was in a great location and made the whole little town walkable. The room was clean, comforters soft, refrigerator and microwave, and a wonderful screen door over the main door to let some fresh mountain air in. We would definitely stay there again!"
