"My family came into town for the weekend and booked the Farmhouse for 3 nights. The place was incredibly clean and had plenty of space for our family. The grounds are beautiful with 10 acres or so of land which includes a great mixture of open space and trees. The property is only 3 or 4 minutes from downtown Saluda and is easy to access. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the property owner was great."

The kids really enjoyed fishing off the beautiful dock and the little pond. The hot tub was wonderful. There are hiking trails in the back of the house to explore. "We have been coming to Franklin for many years now. This place checked all of our boxes and we plan to return soon! The WiFi worked great, which is always hard to find in this area. The garage was super convenient for unloading our stuff and being able to keep it secure while we were gone. "This property was the perfect mountain getaway. About an hours drive from Bristol and Asheville made for easy day trips. The property is absolutely beautiful and we saw a lot of wildlife! All of the furniture was updated and very comfortable and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. We will hopefully be coming back in the future!"
