"This place was fantastic! Jess was a great host! It was so comfortable and clean. It is a small space but was plenty of room for our family. It would not be easy to cook a meal in the house even though it had a small kitchen. That worked for us because we went out or had heavy snacks. Loved the fact that he offered the beach gear! "

"We had a great time at this excellent property. Well-furnished, clean, very responsive host. Great location. Only downside is that the garage spots on either side are really tough to get into - especially when neighbors park in the driveway instead of pulling into the garage. But we were able to find street parking. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad!"

"Terrível. Quarto com cheiro ruim, tinha uma mosca voando no quarto (foto em anexo) sofá sujo, fedido e em péssimas condições, carpete nojento, banheiro sujo, com cabelos no chão e no vaso! A cortina do banheiro não dava para encostar, secador quebrado, enrosquei meu cabelo e deu trabalho para tirar. Café da manhã terminava às 09h, chegamos 8:49 apenas para pegar um café e sair (pois iríamos comer em outro lugar), a funcionária mal educada, trancou a porta e fingiu que não estávamos falando com ela. Não perca seu dinheiro! Pior hotel (se que é que pode se chamar de hotel) da viagem! TENEBROSO!"
