"We loved our stay here and was quiet, right across from beaches and walking distance to resturants, village etc. Also was nice having 2 bdrms for nights the grandkids stayed with me. Host also let you know exactly what was furnished in email which was nice since we usually hit the store first. Perhaps add a working broom (1 used a straw I found to hold the other together and perhaps a mop of some type would be a nice. addition as I like to keep things swept and mopped up. I did see one later out...

"We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. The house is on the smaller side as advertised, but really comfortable and convenient. We loved it. It was perfect for just my wife and myself. Real close to the beach and Carlsbad village. The beach chairs came in handy and we hope to be back soon. Note: the train is indeed close and a little loud but you get used to it. We really enjoyed the entire experience. "

"Terrível. Quarto com cheiro ruim, tinha uma mosca voando no quarto (foto em anexo) sofá sujo, fedido e em péssimas condições, carpete nojento, banheiro sujo, com cabelos no chão e no vaso! A cortina do banheiro não dava para encostar, secador quebrado, enrosquei meu cabelo e deu trabalho para tirar. Café da manhã terminava às 09h, chegamos 8:49 apenas para pegar um café e sair (pois iríamos comer em outro lugar), a funcionária mal educada, trancou a porta e fingiu que não estávamos falando com ela. Não perca seu dinheiro! Pior hotel (se que é que pode se chamar de hotel) da viagem! TENEBROSO!"
