Family of 5-3 teenagers.June 29 -July 4.First impression-Felt outof place.If U are from the U.S/don't speak Spanish, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.Employees were RUDE.If you spoke Spanish, you were fine.If you didn't, you were treated like a low class citizen.We paid$$$$ for a room with a terrace pool, ocean or lagoon view.We were put on 0 floor in the condo building NO VIEW unless you peaked thru the groves and saw the kiddie pool.If U wanted to go dinner anywhere but the buffet,U had to make reservations.Which is a joke.U must download the app,so if you don't have a smart phone your out of luck. Buffet was horrible My phone was having issues,the staff refused to book for us.Couldn't accommodate family of 5.The manager suggested(no joke)just make a reservation for 4.He wanted me to leave one of my family members out.We celebrated 2 birthdays.My daughter's birthday was amazing-Italian restaurant.Our waiter sang to her.Wonderful.2 days later we celebrated our son's birthday-Mexican restaurant & NOT acknowledged.They give you a flyer at the desk for you to figure the hotel on your own.If your hungry after 10pm,oh well. NO ROOM SERVICE but says they do on flyer.Flyer says that the buffet is open from 11pm-2am It's not.The water is not potable. They give 2 cheap plastic flasks so you can fill them with water. Down in the stairwell. No water bottles.Our room wasn't cleaned nor mini fridge stocked for 2 days.Theyallowed 5 drinks per day. I want a refund!!!!
