"The check in process was smooth, quiet neighborhood. Floor had footprints as we came in, was very greasy and dirty. Entire place had a very rancid smell or urine or decaying animals. Appliances and bathroom was clean. On the second day we had to leave early due to maggots being everywhere on the floor, even though we had throughly taken care of our trash. Would not recommend unless the owner cleans up the place and addresses the smell."

"My sister and I planned this as part of our "week of adventures" get away and had a lovely stay. The location and check-in would have been perfect had we arrived during daylight hours, however due to airline cancellations and delays we arrived past dark. We loved staying here and would highly recommend, the river was perfect! Just know you are far into the countryside and not close to any markets so plan to be onsite during your stay. Sadly the trails listed are almost unusable as the roads were...

"Yurt was as expected and pictured on listing. The bathroom was a little further than expected (and slightly uphill) which could make it difficult for someone who needs to go in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this unique experience. I wish I would've know there was a mini-fridge, a microwave and some other kitchen items in the unit - we would've planned a dinner around that. A great location for visiting Sequoia. "

"Cosy room, perfect for an overnight road trip stop. The room was clean, easy to access and safe. Only recommendation would be to possibly add a hairdryer in the room. Very responsive and friendly host. Would definitely recommend this room and book it again."

"There was NO communication using the VRBO app. Three messages sent over three different days, very disappointing. Once in the unit there was a number and that individual communicated quickly. Unit was overall clean, but the washer had to be cleaned before use and there was a lot of leftover food including open cereal boxes, old mayonnaise, mustard, ice cream, gross. Very comfortable unit, nice layout, nice bed, couch etc. Would have been nice to know that there are individual heating units that...
