"This is an amazing property!! The house exceeded our expectations! Loads of room and the host provided many games in the house.. Ms Pacman, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball, to name a few!! We all had so much fun!! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accessible and responsive to every question or concern we had. Highly recommend this 5 star VRBO!! We will definitely be back!!"

"The views from the rental are breathtaking! The house was very clean and had been recently updated. Could use updated bedding and outdoor furniture (sheets were stretched out and didn’t fit the bed and outdoor furniture is plastic). But other than that appliances were updated and great location (walking distance to 7-11 for when you need anything). Would recommend!"

"We stayed for 16 nights & couldn’t have wanted for anything. The location was perfect in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Jan provided everything for a fabulous stay. The home has a modern kitchen with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Jan is very attentive when you need and can’t recommend his home enough. We had a fabulous relaxing stay, just what we needed. The pool & yard were great & spent some time almost everyday there. Five Stars all the way from us!"

"Classic seaside cottage with rooms for two families plus mom. Outdoor cabana served as master for CA couple and three bedrooms gave parents and ‘nana with three under 9 lots of choices. Well- stocked kitchen tools and beach chairs and toys with plenty of towels. Don’t expect fancy just trust charm and comfort!"

"The four rooms were perfect for our whole family of 10. Our 3 grand kids loved the house, pool and all the beach amenities: wagons, umbrellas, toys, beach chairs and mat. Great location so close to beach. We went every day and also to sunsets. Easy to get to all restaurants."

"A very clean and well maintained space. The hosts have you set up to really be able to make the most of your time! The beach supplies are perfect for spending time on the beach and the golf cart is a fun way of exploring Dunedin. We will be back :)"

"Great spot for family. Pool and hot tub were clean. Kitchen is well stocked with accessories. Had a minor issue with the sink not draining in one of the bath rooms but no biggie. Would highly recommend. Park with pond across the street was fun and relaxing for the kids. Short ride to the beach and St John’s Pass."

"The pool area was the main attraction for everyone. Close to stores and attractions. Nice home to enjoy, everything you need just bring your groceries. Our daughter was getting married at a venue called Crescent Lake which was 15 mins. away so this home was ideal for us. You want go wrong renting this place."

"This house is beautiful, and the owners and property managers have supplied so many amenities for your stay. The view is amazing, the beach is beautiful, and there is lots of room for family to spread out. There were plenty of dishes, beach chairs, cleaning and laundry supplies, extra phone chargers, nice soaps, plenty of towels, coffee makers, and the list goes on. If you have anyone older visiting- there is a large dune you have to walk over to get to the ocean and back, but there is a lovely...
