"This house is in a great location near the beach. Beach items were readily available for us to use daily. The bar across the street plays very loud music every day until midnight that you can hear throughout the house. The house has a musty smell and pull out beds were not clean upon arrival. The cleaner did stop and put clean sheets on after request was made. We did not realize until arriving the washer, dryer, grill and hot tub are all shared among several condos. "

"Great townhouse in a great location, walking distance to everything! Clean and spacious property. Not directly on the beach but very close and walkable. Parking is limited but the property manager helped us out with that. This was a girls trip, six sorority sisters from college, we had so much fun! A new outdoor deck has just been added, we all enjoyed sitting out in the evening sipping cocktails! "

"Was not expecting perfection, but this place was a health hazard. Sewage in sink, brown stinky stale water in a bucket under the sink, smoke alarm was never replaced, grip handle in tub was rotted out and the tub was very slippery. The furniture and pillow covers were very dirty. Many things were broken including the fan and air conditioner. Bad smells. Could not even get the murphy bed out of the wall. Big gap in front door. So many other issues (at least a page full). Dollar store purchased...

"I cannot fault the location , especially if you have a dog, the beach is ideal. The house was clean and had everything you could ever need. Communication with Joe was excellent. "
