"The smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in for sure. It had even a room from a cruise beat! Using key cards to use the elevator was annoying but I get it was a safety measure! The fire alarm was tripped somewhere in the building upon check in so that was loud! Not a place to stay if you have kids."

Me neguei a espera e pedi que ao menos me entregassem pano de chão e produto de limpeza pra eu mesmo poder limpar, apenas então a moça da recepção disse que ela mesma limparia, o que ela realmente fez."

"The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again."

"I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. But I, in respect of what is needed there, they put me in the non-smoking room and the whole hallway was smell. But I don't recommend going there at all. Very bad service to the...

"Staying here was a great experience! The room was comfortable and clean, and I slept very well. The staff was helpful and I felt safe. The only downside was an unexpected $50 deposit for incidentals that took 4-5 days to be released."
