"This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying...

"The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again."

"We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer."

"Our room was clean and had enough room for our children to move around. The free food and drinks are definitely worth it. The pool is kind of small but the staff is great. That's makes the difference. The hotel had an issue in the night that caused a major disturbance but they definitely made it right with us. Thank you to the Drury Inn for the wonderful experience. The arcade across the street is great as well."
