"The smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in for sure. It had even a room from a cruise beat! Using key cards to use the elevator was annoying but I get it was a safety measure! The fire alarm was tripped somewhere in the building upon check in so that was loud! Not a place to stay if you have kids."

"I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. "I showed up after booking a reservation. When I arrived they told me they had no vacancy. I told them I had booked a reservation through expedia but they still told me they had no rooms available. Also, the front office smelled of Marijuana. Could have come from one of the guest, but the odor was very strong."

"Pool is all broke and not open. Breakfast is coffee and bagged things you have to ask the staff for. Junk laying all around the property. Needs a big big update. Best thing I can say is Staff was amazing an there were no bugs."

"The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more."
