"Everything was close by the hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really low to the ground, so if you're fat, like me, then it took a while to roll out of it. The restaurant selection needs to improve too. The Hydraulic Bar was pretty lame when it came to food selection. The front desk staff was really good."

"Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. Lady sounded like she was heavily intoxicated and in the clouds...

"I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. "

"Dirty room, broken loud bed, sunken in room floor which makes the bed creak and echo in room, broken elevator- disabled walked 3 flights to room, construction in community areas, breakfast out in open of construction- dust and dirt everywhere, price was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR STAY, ROOM, AND BUILDING!!"

"I made reservations online got to the property. No one was at the desk called the phone number that was on the wall. Spoke to an individual who stated I would have to wait until the morning to check in. Mind you the ladder on the wall, stated that their hours on Saturday and Sunday or 10 PM to 6 AM. It was 11 PM and nobody was at the office. The man was rude. "

"Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. She tried telling us how long we should keep our waffles in the maker etc. my overall experience with this situation would prevent me from staying...

"The staff was great but the rooms were unsatisfactory. We had two rooms - both didn’t have televisions with cable as indicated and the internet had extremely poor connectivity where phones & computers couldn’t stay connected, dropping service. One bathroom had a door that wouldn’t close and amenities in the shower were broken. The other rooms bathroom door was shut when entering and it was clear someone did that on purpose to hold the horrible smells they left. The staff was polite but didn’t...
