"Great location, but room was dirty. There was a huge wad of hair under the TV and dust on the night stands. Asked if there were any other rooms facing the bay and they said no. Staff said they would send housekeeper to clean immediately and we waited over an hour and they still hadn’t gone. They hadn’t notified housekeeper when they said they would because the lady at the front desk “forgot” and when we went to ask, they finally did. Other than that, the stay was ok. "The room was spacious and clean and overall good. The only negatives I had was you can hear all the noise from the highway and the red light constantly made noise that we could hear from our room. The hotel is not in that great of an area and there are homeless people all around there but for the price it was good. "

"It's a Budget Inn, you're staying because you need a place to stay and sleep with basic expectations. It's what I expected. Parking was fine, the room was fine. It had a large fridge, coffee maker, and microwave which many pricer hotels stopped offering because they expect you to pay for their own onsite services. "First was an unexpected $50 deposit which was disappointing, but we did recover the deposit about an hour after checkout. Second, the Pictures on Expedia showed our room with a sleeper futon. There wasn’t one. Booked this room because of the extra space, but we made it work. Staff was helpful otherwise. Room was not top notch, but location was great."

They made me wait for a very long time for a room and stated that their cleaning person had quit and there was someone new and they were taking forever, then they put me in a room next to some body who was very noisy hanging outside talking very loudly so I asked to move. I had to wait over an hour for another room then I get to the room my towels were stained and dirty, so I had to give them back and ask them for some clean white...

"We love staying at Hilton hotels especially Embassy suites but this one in corpus is not what we expected. The hotel looks very old and the rooms look very outdated. The employees taking care of the breakfast acted very strange when asked a question and did not have very good hygiene from what I saw. The water from the pool looked very cloudy like if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The aire condition was not working. This hotel really does not look or feel like a hilton we checked out...
