"We took a room with Bay view only to find out that they had locked al balconies for security and comfort. Something like this would have encouraged me to book in the next door best Western where all balconies looked fine. This should be mentioned on their website when you book a room"

The lady down at restaurant in morning was not very helpful, I asked for coffee and she pointed to the empty containers and said “the coffee is free” and I had to remind her I just stated the coffee was empty. "There were very limited hotel options because of a large event that weekend, and this was the last non-smoking room available. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. The front desk clerk was kind and offered air freshener since there were no other rooms available. I found a cigarette butt behind the door, the freezer was dirty, and there was dust all over the lamps, which made me question whether the room had actually been cleaned. I stayed one night...

"The bed was confortable with a big tv. The bathroom was awful and the fridge was broken. Went to breakfast early morning, they had no eggs. We had to wait for the guy on the counter to cook them, no orange juice, they forgot to put it on, it was frozen and said we had to wayit 25 minutes to thaw out. Overall it was a 2 star hotel"
